thursday night started as it ended last week.  265 the first game.  nice re-action.  well as soon as i said nice re-action, it was gone just like that.  2nd game, i must have lost the shot because i only shot 203.  not a bad game but from what i was shooting the first game, i got a little frustrated.  well then the 3rd game starts and when i said i was "a little frustrated", i left that pin, ya know the one that sits next to the gutter on the right side 8 times.  that damn 10 pin!!!!!!!  if it wasn't a 10 pin, it was a strike.  so there goes my 700 and i only shot 195.  i was throwing the ball so nice.  everywhere that i went, front back, left, right nothing worked.  so i finished the game put my stuff away and just left!!!!!!!!

but not a bad night overall.  still shot 663 and again we took 33 out of 40 which hopefully moved us to 2nd in the fight for 1st with  4 weeks to go.

so it was thursday night and I was sicker than a dog.  Just got over the stomach bug and was starting to come down with the flu.  with only 5 weeks left, i figured i would try and bowl.  bowled in a sweatshirt which is something i NEVER do.  had it over my hands not to give anything to anybody else and to slap hands i was using my elbow or feet.  first game 237.     hhhhmmmmm not bad for being sick.  coughing like a mo-fo, getting sicker and sicker.  shot 204 the 2nd game and just hoped that i could pull out something for the last game.  looking like i would shoot terrible the 3rd game, started spare, spare and then could you believe it the next 8.  OMG!!!!!!  ended the 3rd game with a 268 and a 709 for the night.   Guess bowling sick helps you forget all your flaws, slow down and only allows you to shoot 1 ball!!!!
